What you'll be doingLeading, motivating, and inspiring front-of-house teams across events, conferences, and dining outlets Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations and match Levy's high service standards Delivering a seamless guest experience -- ensuring every drink poured and every plate served reflects Levy's commitment to excellence Training, coaching, and developing team members to grow in their roles and careers Driving consistency and efficiency, balancing speed of service with quality Ensuring all operations follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards Playing your part in Levy's sustainability mission -- from reducing waste to promoting local, seasonal produce

What we're looking forPrevious supervisory experience in hospitality, F&B, or events A people-first leader with a hands-on approach Great communication and team-building skills -- someone who leads by example Passion for food, drink, and creating exceptional guest experiences Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver service with confidence Commercial awareness -- an eye for quality and an understanding of what sells
