Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimising waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the hotel.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of culinary practices and bartending techniques is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
