We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services within the Hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing training, staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout all processes. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without over-ordering. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, catering services, and special functions. Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance their dining experience. Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback to improve service delivery.

Skills

Strong background in food and beverage within a hotel or similar hospitality setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff alike. Bartending experience is essential for overseeing beverage service. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
