We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in team management, with a passion for delivering outstanding service in both restaurant and bar environments.
You will be involved in running events for both Club Members and the public.
You will be responsible for the security of the building when on open or close shifts.
Duties
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Supervise front-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Train and mentor staff on hospitality standards, and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with the General Manager to run the business day-to day as well as to develop the business in new directions.
Handle guest enquiries professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Working the bar and restaurant day-to-day and during events.
Experience
A minimum of two year's proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience as a barista or in a similar role would be an advantage.
A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences is crucial.
