The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining outlets, ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of food and beverage services. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise and guide the food and beverage team while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

Main Duties

Supervise the food and beverage team, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational guidelines. Oversee the daily operations of dining outlets, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain quality control for food and beverage offerings. Assist in training and developing team members to enhance performance and service delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
