Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the breakfast service, lunch bar area, and all events.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of weddings, conferences, and other functions in accordance with event specifications.
Ensure all F&B areas are prepared, clean, and well-presented at all times.
Monitor service quality, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Liaise with the kitchen, events team, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and develop team members to maintain consistent service standards.
Manage shift rotas, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Monitor stock levels, place orders where necessary, and ensure proper storage of products.
Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Assist with cash handling, till reconciliation, and accurate record-keeping.
Skills & Experience Required -
Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, or events environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of weddings, conference operations, and large-scale event service desirable
