Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring adherence to company standards. Supervise and train staff in and serving procedures. Manage team performance, providing guidance and support to enhance service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, updates, and training opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience as a barista or in bar management is an advantage.
