Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality culinary experiences. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for food production, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in both kitchen and restaurant environments.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate activities of the food and beverage staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Oversee bartending operations, ensuring that beverages are served promptly and meet quality expectations. Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Train and mentor new staff members in culinary techniques, customer service skills, and health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop innovative menu items that enhance the dining experience. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Assist with Weddings and Corporate functions.

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes. Excellent bartending skills with a comprehensive understanding of beverage service. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and kitchen operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
