Food & Beverage Team Leader

to join our dynamic team full-time (40 hours per week) and help deliver the warm, professional hospitality Marriott is known for worldwide.


As a Team Leader, you'll supervise and support our Food & Beverage Associates, ensuring smooth daily operations across the restaurant and bar. You'll lead by example, maintaining high standards of service, motivating your team, and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

What You'll Do

Oversee the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department before, during, and after service periods Lead, train, and motivate associates to achieve team goals and uphold Marriott service standards Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere and ensure excellent guest satisfaction Monitor service quality, food presentation, and overall guest experience Promote sales and maximise profitability across food and beverage offerings Prepare and serve drinks to Marriott standards, with strong product knowledge in cocktails, whisky, and wine Manage stock levels, cash handling, and daily reporting accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally Support departmental safety, training, and compliance initiatives

About You

We're looking for a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail. You're proactive, approachable, and always ready to support your team while delivering outstanding guest service.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or F&B environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cocktails, whisky, and wine service Confident leading a team and motivating others Organised, reliable, and positive with a hands-on approach Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Education & Requirements:

Good level of spoken and written English essential Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification required
