We are seeking a personable and skilled FB to join our team. As a FB operative you will be responsible for serving Food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that each experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a busy environment with ease. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy interacting with guests, and be enthusiastic about crafting signature cocktails.


Objectives of this role




Act as the face of the hotel,engaging with guests while providing exceptional service

What You'll Do:




Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience. Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas. Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures. Assist with banquet events, conferences, and catering services. Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service operations. Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.

What We're Looking For:




Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities




Interact with guests, taking orders and answering any questions about the FB menu Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate Communicate effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences Track and manage bar inventory and supplies Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally

Skills and qualifications




Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service abilities Knowledge of various types of drinks and beverages Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations Ability to work well within a team

Preferred qualifications




Prior experience in FB or hospitality Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
