We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable food and beverage team members to join our dedicated hospitality team at Highley Manor, a stunning wedding and events venue situated in Balcombe.
As part of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience on their special day.
What you will do:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Serve food and drinks during weddings, private parties, and special events Assist with room set up, table service, and clear down Work closely with the team to deliver seamless service Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and dining space. Keep the bar in good order and fully stocked and clean
What we are looking for:
A friendly and approachable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Attention to detail and pride in what you are delivering Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the food and beverage sector. Someone who is 18+ with a driving licence and their own car
