: Front of House Team Member

Shift pattern

: Zero hours, average 20 hours including weekends.

Working hours per week within the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

The Role:



Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour upon arrival, providing a positive first impression. Escort customers to their tables and present menus, making recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Anticipate customers' needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Uphold company policies and standards, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.

About you



Our ideal candidate will be passionate about all we have to offer and provide excellent customer service, whilst wanting to work as part of a close knit team.

You will be customer orientated with the ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Barista experience would be an advantage.
