Peterstone Court Country House and Spa

Experienced Food and Beverage Team Members: 15 to 35 hrs. plus a week, including weekends.

Welsh wedding venue of the year 2022 and 2023 and regional winner 2024, we attract potential Brides from a wide area. Apart from being a busy wedding venue, we are also a very popular leisure destination, with Restaurant and Spa facilities. Our goal is to provide amazing value and quality across the business. Guest satisfaction is vital. We value our small team and our aim is for them to grow as our business grows!

The Job!

The prime focus of this position will be to make sure our guests receive excellent service with a smile! This will be either in our restaurant or during one of our weddings.

You will be working as part of a team who love connecting with people. So if you're a "people person", then we would love to welcome you.

We are looking for F&B professionals who have bar and restaurant experience and who want to work in an environment where they can grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serving food and beverage to our guests will be your main daily focus.

- Assist in the smooth operation of our weddings and events

-Playing a significant part in making sure our service operations run without hitch, and our service is smooth.

- Supporting other team members within the whole department

-Taking reservations and assisting with bookings

- Ensuring great menu and wine knowledge in order to confidently "sell" to our guests

- You'll maintain the highest standard of room preparation and presentation throughout the restaurant.

- Ensuring you always look impeccable and professionally presented

- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional and helpful; Playing your part in making their stay 5 star in every way.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a Waiter/Waitress role in a top quality hospitality environment

Cocktail Bar experience

Confidence in talking to others

Great attention to detail

Great time management and self-motivated

Car Driver a must as we are not on public transport routes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
