Job Summary


The Food and Beverage Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the F&B Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in computer applications, and have a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities



Work with colleagues and members in a friendly and professional manner. Support the F&B operation by undertaking administrative tasks. Assist with data entry, filing, and other office based duties as needed. Support the team with finance and other tasks. Provide customer support by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy in communication materials.

Requirements



Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred. Proficiency in computer skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with office management practices, including filing systems and data entry.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
