We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar & restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting and serving a variety of food and beverages Your passion for hospitality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous. Must be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the role. A valid personal licence for serving alcohol is desirable but can be obtained upon hiring. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
