Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring they are clean and well-organized. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

Skills

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
