The Role:



New House Hotel is a major wedding and events venue in South Wales, and we have huge ambitions to build an outstanding venue and team for our guests to enjoy their special moments with us. This role is a leadership role within our Food & Beverage team, and you would work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager in delivering an outstanding service proposition to support these magical moments for our guests. This is a fast-paced and busy environment, and you would lead part of the F&B team, inspiring them to deliver the type of service you would be proud of.

The New House Hotel, a serene and romantic country hotel located in Thornhill, just outside of Cardiff, is searching for a passionate Food & Beverage Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. What does work as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager look like:



Food & Beverage Maestro:

You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience.

Team Player:

You will be a vital part of the team and you will contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making every day experiences special.

Leadership:

You will support the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations, daily briefings and participate in weekly and monthly meetings. You will lead by example to inspire the team in delivering exceptional standards of performance across all areas of F&B department to including events, restaurant, bar, room service and outdoor events.
