Hours:

1950 hours a year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.


The shift pattern will vary because of the seasonal nature of the business; longer shifts in summer (9-10 hours) and shorter shifts in winter. Weekend work is essential but there is no evening working required.

26,793 a year

A driving license is required for this role as you will be managing multiple outlets spread out across the site and need to be able to drive between them.


This is not an office based role and working operationally on shift, particularly during peak season, is required.

What you'll be doing:As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you'll be working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager. You'll be helping with our large and complex business, keeping standards consistently high across the team, the outlets, and the food and drink we prepare and serve. You'll always have an eye on ways to improve service and standards for our visitors.



You'll support the team to help build a great place to work. This could include helping with recruiting and training new people or developing the team and reviewing their performance in the light of feedback and service scores from our customers.



You'll be setting and achieving financial targets to increase income and profits and drive sales. You'll do this through control of stock and waste and ensuring the best possible customer service. We'll give you an induction that fits the job, and training in allergens and food safety, plus any mentoring needed to help you in your role.
