The Role
The Roundhouse Food & Beverage Bartenders play a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage Supervisors and wider Food & Beverage management team by delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
Primary responsibilities will be providing excellent, friendly and inclusive customer service to diverse audiences, driving revenue, maintaining excellent and consistent product delivery and product knowledge, and working to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Licensing standards as set by Food & Beverage Managers, and Supervisors.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for proactive, adaptable, and experienced Food & Beverage Bartenders with strong attention to detail, and who have great customer service skills, an ability to work calmly under pressure, and a passion for hospitality.

Contract: Fixed Term/Annualised Hours (335)
Hours: 335 hours (including 38 hours holiday allowance)
Salary: 4,639.75 per annum
Application Deadline: Monday 11th August 2025
Group Assessment Centre: Wednesday 27th August 2025
Although when applying you should select your desired option for contract hours; the assessment centers and interviews will be conducted per job role type (i.e. Bartender or Supervisor) and further conversations regarding hours will be conducted during the 1-1 segment.
