We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our dining operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food and beverages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, culinary arts, and team management, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and production.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Supervise and lead the bar and service teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations. Develop menus that reflect current trends while considering guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations. Train staff in up-selling techniques, serving practices, and customer service excellence. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction within the hotel or restaurant setting.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or hotels. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production. Previous experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by operational needs.
