Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our bar and dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food and beverages. This role requires effective team management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Manage kitchen staff Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing inventory levels effectively. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, with a strong understanding of food preparation and production processes. Previous supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
