Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant and ensure the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence, with a proven ability to manage kitchen staff, supervise food preparation, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation teams, to maintain high-quality standards in food production. Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Train and mentor team members in best practices for food handling, preparation, and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, catering services, and special promotions. Ensure a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations within the kitchen. Address customer feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Experience in supervising kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
