Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating memorable experiences and a strong background in guest services, hospitality, or event planning. As a F&B Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly to meet the clients' vision, as well as overseeing our restaurant and private house bookings and events.

Duties



Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor selections. Coordinate with various vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and venues to ensure seamless execution of the event. Manage logistics on the day of the wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Day to day management and overseeing our fine-dining restaurant Assisting with social media and marketing

Qualifications



Proven experience in event planning or a related field within hospitality (hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous). Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings as required by client schedules A genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day.

Pay: 29,120.00-34,944.00 per year
