Scheduled across The Black Lion Hotel, The Grosvenor, and The Angel Hotel

The Black Lion Hotel is the newest addition to The Flatrock Group family, joining our established Cardigan venues, The Grosvenor and The Angel Hotel. Now that The Black Lion is open and welcoming guests, we're continuing to build a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional food, drink, and service across all three town properties.

Food & Beverage Servers

to work across our restaurant and bar areas within the group.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Server, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and supporting smooth service throughout each shift. You'll collaborate with both the kitchen and bar teams to deliver high-quality, friendly, and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

Applicants aged 18+ (due to bar service responsibilities) Friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
