As a Food & Beverage Server, you will take pride in presenting our food and beverage offerings, creating memorable moments for our guests, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments and may be assigned to a range of outlets including The Pool, In-Room Dining, Banquet Events, Restaurants, and Luxury Villas & Residences, where you'll coordinate with our Senior Butlers and Culinary Team to ensure seamless service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service across assigned outlets. Accurately take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to guest needs. Set up and break down service stations and dining areas in accordance with company standards. Maintain clear communication with bar staff, kitchen teams, and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate service. Follow all health and safety protocols, and handle all service equipment with care and accountability. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout your shift. Uphold the brand's standards in every interaction and remain attentive to guest satisfaction.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum of 2 years' continuous experience as a Food & Beverage Server or Waiter in a fine dining restaurant, banquet, or luxury hotel environment. Experience on a luxury cruise liner or in international F&B operations is a strong asset. Solid knowledge of food and wine service, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end setting. Basic leadership and training skills are considered an advantage. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
