Key Responsibilities




Supervise the daily operation and breakfast team, and ensure the correct procedures are adhered to Ensure the Restaurants are cleaned and ready for service, checking area, table layouts, service stations, buffets, stock levels, and special displays are fully prepared and served to the required standard, liaising with the Kitchen where necessary Maintain effective and regular communication within the team, carrying out daily shift handovers and briefings Carry out random till checks in the Restaurants, reporting any discrepancies Deal with all guest comments/complaints in a courteous, professional, and effective manner, informing the Management team where relevant Ensure all staff are fully of any events, VIPs, corporate and regular guests in the Hotel and ensure requirements are anticipated and met Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the bar team, with a focus on identifying training needs and recommending training opportunities when necessary to maintain high service quality and teamwork. Support the recruitment for the Breakfast team in accordance with the Hotel's recruitment policy

Proven leadership experience in within hospitality Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service.
