In the role of Food Beverage Supervisor, you'll find yourself engaged in a variety of tasks, including:

Embrace change and drive innovation for exceptional customer experiences in both our restaurant and meetings events department. Manage customer flow in the bar and restaurant, ensuring a seamless experience. Inspire and lead Restaurant and Meetings Events teams for outstanding service. Collaborate across departments for consistent food and beverage service excellence. Enhance understanding of profit and loss impact, contributing to labour cost management. Lead outstanding meeting and events, including assisting in setting up meeting and function rooms. Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to in all areas.
