Customer Service Assistant/front of house:

Part-time role, Monday - Friday, hours are negotiable but at least 15

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Sandwich Station. As a Customer Service Assistant/Front of house, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing sandwiches, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to customer preferences and company standards. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area and kitchen facilities. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide information about menu items, ingredients, and special offers to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service roles is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and coworkers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
