Job Summary
Small hands on fine food business, needs a supervisor to support the production Manager.
We are a small, dynamic, fast growing innovative food manufacturer based in Isle Brewers. Therefore a reliable car is required due to no local transport.
The role is very varied and full training will be given.
Food Production experience is a prerequisite
for applying. A level of fitness is required as lifting and bending is part of the job.No weekend work & Bank holidays off. Christmas and New Year shut down.
Responsibilities
Monitoring of QM systems that are already well established. Running the production line. Clear down and completion of documentation. Clean as you go policy. Packing & despatching orders including palletised. Principles of stock rotation.
Requirements
Food production experience is a prerequisite for applying
. A level of fitness is required as lifting and bending is part of the job. A level of numeracy is required for weighing out ingredients. A general understanding of HACCP. Familiarity with factory processes related to production, logistics, and quality assurance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A solid work ethic is needed to maintain motivation, productivity, and high-quality work as well as the need for attention to detail.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00 per year
