We are seeking a team of dedicated and skilled food hygiene operatives to join the Pilgrim's team in a food production environment ensuring production lines are cleaned to a high standard..

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

Clean and monitor machinery involved in the food production process. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP principles. Use correct PPE and equipment to the required hygiene standard, following the hygiene plan Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production line Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and resolve any operational issues. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guide. Feedback to the day shift

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge, with experience in cleaning manufacturing equipment preferred. Understanding of food safety practices and HACCP regulations is highly desirable. Previous experience in food hygiene cleaning or a similar manufacturing environment is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The hours are 19.40-6.30 am
