As a Preparation Chef, you will support the smooth running of the kitchen, laying the foundation for exceptional dishes and helping maintain the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food preparation and storage areas.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
Support kitchen team during service by ensuring readiness and consistency.
Work flexibly as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not essential).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Desirable (but not essential)
Food Hygiene Level 2
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
