At The Ludlow Nut Company, we produce premium, all-natural products enjoyed across the UK. We're looking for a reliable Food Production Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role in a busy environment, so previous food production experience is preferred, but full training is provided.

What You'll Do

Assist with all stages of food production -- preparation, cooking, and packaging

Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in all work areas

Lift and move ingredients, packaging, and finished products as required

Work closely with your team to achieve daily targets

What We're Looking For

Preferred: Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar environment

Fork Lift license (training will be provided)

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on role

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving up to 25kg

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic computer literacy (training provided)

Hours: 8-hour shifts | Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: In-person, Ludlow, Shropshire
