Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technical Operator to join our dynamic food manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sweet bakery products are made to the applicable standards using the equipment and resources provided. This position involves operating machinery and organising a small team of operatives.

Responsibilities

Operate food machinery as required, according the applicable training and standards Lead & manage your team to deliver the outputs required by the production plan All paperwork for area Training your team in applicable procedures/SOPs First-stage management of machine breakdowns/line stops Simple maintenance of equipment in your control Assist colleagues in maintaining compliance to Client Codes of Practice & BRC.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,400.00-32,700.00 per year
