Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong commitment to food safety practices and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment used in food production while adhering to safety protocols. Follow established procedures for food safety, including HACCP guidelines, to maintain product integrity. Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards. Assist in the packaging and labelling of finished products accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the process. Perform basic mathematical calculations for inventory management and product measurements. Cleanliness and washing down equipment and work areas will be part of your job.

Experience

Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous. Understanding of food safety standards is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
