As a Food Runner, you'll be the essential connection between our kitchen and our guests--keeping the energy up and the plates moving. Whether it's a buzzing dinner rush or a special event, you'll help make every service smooth, fast, and fun.



No two days are ever the same here -- our space hosts a variety of events, parties, and hotel guests, making every shift exciting and unique. If you bring a positive attitude and enjoy keeping busy in a dynamic setting, you'll fit right in!

The Details:

What exactly you will be doing...


Delivering food from the kitchen to tables and event spaces--quickly and with care Coordinating with servers and chefs to ensure smooth service Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and guest needs during private functions Making sure every dish is beautifully presented Jumping in to help wherever needed--teamwork is key!

Must-haves:

Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United Kingdom Ability to work on-site at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh for every shift. Flexibility to work different shifts, including on the weekends and holidays.
