Duties

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist in food preparation and meal assembly as needed, maintaining high standards of quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding orders. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any requests or concerns promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Support the culinary team with various tasks, including food preparation and kitchen maintenance as required. Uphold health and safety regulations while handling food items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong understanding of guest services, with a focus on creating an enjoyable dining experience. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy setting. A passion for the hospitality industry, with an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
