Job Overview: Food Runner

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Food Runner to support our front-of-house team by ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. This role is vital in maintaining high service standards and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Run food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to tables efficiently and accurately Communicate clearly with kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely service Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests Support servers with any guest requests to maintain excellent customer service Ensure all food and beverages are presented according to the venue's standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations Always uphold health and safety and food hygiene standards Assist with general tasks during busy periods as required

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn High attention to detail and sense of urgency Physically fit - able to be on your feet and carry items for extended periods Must be available evenings and weekends
