Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully before serving. Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise. Provide excellent guest services, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in all food handling processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Experience as a delivery driver or in guest services will be beneficial. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. A background in cooking, barista skills, or kitchen experience will enhance your application. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
