Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you have a background in hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or food preparation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to utilize your skills in a retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Assist customers with locating products and answering any inquiries

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes

- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
