Food Safety & HSE Officer - Multi-Site Operations

Connexus UK are recruiting on behalf of our client for a

Food Safety & HSE Officer.

What You'll Do:

Help maintain and improve food safety and HSE systems across five sites. Carry out audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Support investigations into incidents and non-compliances, implementing corrective actions. Promote a strong safety culture by delivering training and awareness programs. Work closely with site teams to ensure daily adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Keep accurate records and reports to support continuous improvement. Travel regularly to all sites, providing hands-on support and consistency.

What We're Looking For:

Relevant qualification in food safety, environmental health, quality assurance, or HSE. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively. Clear communicator who builds positive relationships across teams. Experience in food or manufacturing is a bonus but not essential.
