We are recruiting a confident and organized Food Services Manager to lead a dedicated, high-quality workplace hospitality operation. This is a hands-on role within a professional environment, ideal for a manager who enjoys autonomy, close client interaction and maintaining high standards across a streamlined site.


As a Food Services Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day performance of the operation. You will lead a close-knit front- and back-of-house team, working closely with your culinary lead to deliver a consistent, welcoming service and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the daily operation of the site and service standards Leading, supporting and engaging an on-site team Delivering hospitality, events and customer-facing activities Supporting service periods and operational setup when required Managing menu communication and allergen compliance

You will also take ownership of the commercial and administrative aspects of the role. A strong focus on organization, planning and attention to detail will be essential to success.

You will be responsible for:

Managing costs, labour and budgets in line with business expectations Maintaining accurate financial and system records Coordinating hospitality requests and service delivery Preparing regular client updates and reviews Building positive, professional relationships with key stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager with a background in the workplace or contract catering, who is comfortable working autonomously in a focused-site environment. You will be highly organized, commercially aware and confident leading by example.
