Food Stall Manager Christmas Market
Job Description
Operating within Bournemouth Christmas Market, We are looking for a food stall Manager for the day to day operations of our high volume Christmas Food Stalls.
Job responsibilities include:
Recruit, train and induct members of the team.
Open, Close and Running of the Food Stall
Manage the on-site equipment, including weekly deep clean and resets of fryers/machinery.
Ensure high levels of hospitality and service are met at all time
Ensure Weekly Admin such as stock takes, rotas and ordering has been completed.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
