As a Food Truck Site Manager, you'll take charge of overseeing our entire van operations at our Bingham Hub, ensuring everything runs smoothly from stock management to driver performance. This role combines leadership, logistics, cover driving when required and customer service, allowing you to have a direct impact on both the business and our customers. Your role
As the Food Truck Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of our sandwich van operations, ensuring daily targets are met and customers are satisfied. You'll work closely with drivers, manage stock, and maintain the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations - Manage a fleet of food trucks, coordinating routes and ensuring drivers stick to their schedules
Manage and train staff - Lead a team of drivers, providing training, support, and motivation to help them excel in their roles and maximise profits
Stock management - Oversee the restocking of vans, ensuring that the right mix of products is available each day to meet customer demand.
Monitor performance - Track daily sales figures, monitor individual driver performance, and identify areas for improvement
Handle logistics - Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety and hygiene standards
Customer service focus - Resolve any customer issues or complaints and ensure the highest level of satisfaction
Cover driving when required
Develop growth strategies - Work with the senior team to identify opportunities for expanding the service and increasing sales

To thrive in this role
We're looking for a highly organised, motivated leader who can oversee day-to-day operations while also driving the business forward.
To excel, you'll need:
Proven management experience, ideally in logistics, food service, or retail
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
Excellent organisational skills to manage stock, vehicles, and routes efficiently
A full, clean driving license
Problem-solving skills to address issues on the go, whether it's with drivers, customers, or logistics.
A focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues professionally
Experience with sales targets and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to grow the business - maximising sales and profits for each route
