We are looking for a manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of a Pizza & grill food truck and taproom at Farnham Brewing Co. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for craft beer and street food, ensuring that guests receive great friendly service and high-quality food and beer. The ideal candidate will have a background in bar management, team leadership and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations.
Manage daily operations of the street food truck and taproom.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, service techniques, and customer interaction to ensure high standards are maintained.
Develop the food truck menu and maintaining quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage waste to optimise profitability.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food production processes.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development.
Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous for overseeing beverage service.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cost control measures and menu planning.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene practices.
