Salary



25,000-45,000 per annum, dependent on experience + benefits.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern




Permanent role with flexible hours, ideally 30+ hours per week Part-time options available, with consideration from 2 days per week Standard daytime clinic hours - no late-night or unusual shift patterns Planned breaks built into the clinic schedule to support safe, focused practice Occasional home visits within the local area, using your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities




Provide safe, effective routine foot health treatments, including nail care, callus and corn management Undertake mechanical and MSK-focused assessments to support gait, posture and lower limb function Carry out gait analysis using modern assessment tools and contribute to rehabilitation plans Use advanced modalities such as shockwave, Swift, ultrasound and gait analysis technology as appropriate Support the prescription and review of orthotics, including use of Footscan, Phits and in-house 3D orthotic printing Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical records in line with professional and service standards Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and self-care Work collaboratively with senior clinicians, engaging in case discussions, mentoring sessions and peer learning Participate in in-house CPD, training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care Contribute to a positive clinic environment by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and upholding high standards of professionalism

Requirements




Level 4+ Foot Health Practitioner qualification suitable for routine foot health work Experience in foot health, podiatry support, chiropody or a closely related clinical setting (newly qualified practitioners are welcome to apply) Genuine interest in MSK, biomechanics, gait analysis or rehabilitation (desirable but not essential) Warm, patient-centred approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional and organised, with confidence to work safely when colleagues are not immediately nearby Openness to mentoring, feedback, training and multidisciplinary clinical discussions Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available for this role) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for occasional local home visits Comfort working with modern clinical technology and digital record systems Familiarity with foot health, podiatry, biomechanics, chiropody and gait analysis terminology for SEO visibility
