WPS is seeking a

Foot Mobile Engineer

to join our team, delivering high-quality building services maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties managed by our prestigious client, JLL.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across multiple sites in Central London. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fabric issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile devices. Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance. Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in electrical or mechanical disciplines). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
