Responsibilities

Assist the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies. Educate players on fundamental techniques, rules of the game, and sportsmanship principles. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages player participation and development. Attend all sessions

Requirements

Previous experience in sports coaching or playing football at a competitive level is preferred. Strong understanding of football techniques, rules, and strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate players effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions A commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among players. First Aid certification is advantageous but not mandatory. FA Level 2 Coaching Award (Desirable) FA Level 1 Coaching Award (Essential) A clear and Enhanced DBS Certificate (There is the option to process a check through The Football Fun Factory) Safeguarding Children Training First Aid Training

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
