We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Football Coach to join our sports programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Responsibilities



Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Develop customised training programmes to improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork. Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Organise and oversee team matches, tournaments, and other sporting events. Ensure all training activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote fair play, respect, and inclusivity among all participants. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff to support players' overall growth.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly football, with a strong understanding of game tactics and player development. Teaching experience or background in education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct players effectively. Ability to organise training sessions that are engaging, safe, and productive. Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple teams or age groups simultaneously. A recognised coaching qualification or relevant certifications are preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates. Passion for sports and commitment to fostering a positive sporting environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
