We are looking for
motivated UEFA-qualified coaches
to join our growing network and take responsibility for their own area. You will deliver high-level training, develop players, and create pathways into professional football. This role can behourly paid
or run as aprofit-share model
.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver elite coaching sessions to grassroots and academy-level players aged 7-16 Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging training programmes Liaise with parents, scouts, and professional clubs Identify and nurture talent for progression into higher levels
Key Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Full driving licence and access to a vehicle UEFA B Licence (or working towards) Experience coaching in an academy or development centre environment Passion for developing youth players and helping them achieve their potential
