Join our team at Soccer Stars Academy Manchester North West Ltd as a Football Coach and play a vital role in inspiring children through football. As one of the UK's fastest-growing toddler and kids football academies, we aim to provide a fun, friendly, and inclusive environment where children can develop their football skills, boost confidence, and enhance social and cognitive abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Educate young players on the fundamentals of football techniques, strategies, and game rules.
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions to improve players' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Motivate and encourage players to reach their full potential while fostering a love for the game.
- Organise and oversee practice sessions, drills, and friendly matches.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them grow and develop as athletes.
- Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive coaching approach across all age groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training sessions and matches.

Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and promoting their physical and emotional development through sports.
- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in football, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for young athletes.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate coaching techniques and practices.
- Certification in coaching or relevant qualifications is a plus.
